Does Puure filter out the good minerals too?
No. Puure uses a multi-barrier system, not reverse osmosis. It reduces harmful contaminants like PFAS, chlorine and heavy metals, while keeping the natural minerals your body needs, calcium, magnesium, potassium. Cleaner water, not empty water.
How long does each filter cartridge last?
Each cartridge lasts around 3 months on average, depending on the size of your household.
Can I cancel or change my subscription anytime?
Our subscriptions are completely flexible, no commitments! You can modify or cancel anytime, up to 48 hours before your next order, directly from your account or by emailing us at customercare@puurefilters.com
Is the Puure system covered by a warranty?
Yes! Puure is built to last and comes with a 2-year warranty on the stainless steel body. If there’s an issue, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Do I need to subscribe or can I buy once?
Both options are available. The subscription saves you money and ensures fresh cartridges arrive on time, but you can also buy a one-time cartridge pack anytime. No pressure.
